Mobility in Çorum, Turkey
This short-term joint staff training event was designed having Turkey's specialty in mind. A total of 17 participants, 6 teachers from Türkiye, 3 teachers from Romania, 2 teachers Czech Republic, 2 teachers from Spain, 2 teachers from France and 2 teachers from Greece attended the meeting. The main purpose of the meeting was to increase participants' knowledge on the Water and Sanitation Safety Plans. We aimed to develop and promote community education strategies related to water issues (state of the resource, conservation, co-management, among others). Getting familiarized with the good practices in the area, the participants benefited from the formal and informal training sessions on water issues at the local level. Trainers from the Hittite University and from Çorum City Hall supported and guided the development of participants on water issues.

Visit to the Water Treatment Plants in Çorum, the water disinfection laboratory and the SCADA centre (monitoring center and data collection on the waters of Çorum).
Wednesday, 29th of June
Visiting to the first local museum in Alacahöyük and Alacahöyük Sphinex (the site of a Neolithic and Hittite settlement and is an important archaeological site). Visiting to BoÄŸazkale Museum and Hittite Village. Visiting to Hattusha (Ruins of a Hittite city and Yazılıkaya )

Cappadocia Excursion
* Visiting the Piegon Valley, the "O Ağacın Altı", Esentepe and the Goreme Open Air Museum. Visiting the pottery and ceramic atelier and the Devrent Valley.

Friday, 1st of July
Early in the morning a first ride in a hot air balloon over the Red Valley
* Visiting an old Roman Town, Sinasos (MustafapaÅŸa)
* Visiting the PaÅŸabaÄŸ (Monks Valley)
* Visiting the gem stone atelier (onyx, zultanite etc)
* Visiting the underground city of Özkonak.
